Return and exchange policy

– The consumer has the right to replace or return the product and refund its value within 30 days from the date of purchase if it is defective or does not conform to the specifications or for the purpose for which it was contracted, in accordance with the instructions of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency (text of Article No. 21 of the law) and on The consumer must submit the purchase invoice with his order, with the need to have all the device’s belongings and contents and the device’s packaging.
After the thirty days have passed, the consumer will not have the right to demand the replacement or return of the product and refund its value, and the consumer must refer to customer service to submit a maintenance request for the product.
- The consumer has the right to exchange the commodity or return it with a refund of its cash value, without giving any reasons and without incurring any expenses within fourteen days of receiving it (except for personal care products) - Article No. 17 of the law - without prejudice to any guarantees or legal conditions with The presence of the following requirements:
1- If the commodity is not in the same condition it was in at the time of sale for a reason attributed to the consumer. (never used, same condition packaging)
2- If it is one of the goods that are manufactured according to special specifications specified by the consumer
In the event that the product is in its original condition:
1- In the event that the customer does not want the product and wants to recover the full amount, the request will be received from the customer after verifying the purchase invoice and the condition of the product, and the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
– 2. With regard to air-conditioning devices, an amount of 300 pounds will be deducted in exchange for transferring the device to the customer and returning the device again.
3- The amount will be refunded to the customer in the same method of payment that the customer used when completing the purchase process, with the customer incurring administrative expenses at a rate of 2.5% of the value of the device in favor of the electronic payment service providers
– In the event that the product is not in its original condition specified by law, and the customer desires within 14 days of receiving the product to return the device or refund its value, the customer is not entitled, according to the law, to request a refund or return the device, but as an exception to this legal article, a replacement for the product is made Or refund its value with the customer bearing 5% of the value of the product in exchange for packaging in the case of products in general, in addition to 300 pounds in the case of air conditioners, with the consumer bearing the administrative expenses mentioned in the previous point.
